  • A deposit equivalent to one months’ rent must be taken in advance.

  • Rental payments must be taken in advance.

  • The deposit must be registered correctly.

  • Rental payment records must be recorded.

  • A claim must be registered within 30 days of missed payment.

  • The policy start date must be within 30 days of the reference report.
